Astana, September 12, 2018. JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (“KMG EP” or the “Company”) announces an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders (EGM) to be held on October 15, 2018 with the following agenda:
- Increase in the number of announced ordinary shares of the Company (less those ordinary shares that have been repurchased by the Company).
The materials for upcoming EGM will be available on KMG EP’s website not later than 10 days before the meeting.
