 Requirements to a candidate:

Qualifications:            A degree in finance/economics
Experience:                 At least 2-year work experience in the area
No executive experience is required
No work experience within the KMG Group is required

 Knowledge:

• Economy and finance;
• Financial auditing/internal auditing methods and principles;
• Understanding of key business processes of operating companies and understanding the principles those key business processes are based on (general idea);
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English

 Skills and Abilities:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written). Experience in making reports, memos, opinions, etc. ;
• Ability to identify the root cause for an issue and to solve it;
• Good interaction skills with all levels of seniority;
• Team-playing skills;
• Ability to handle stress;
• Conflict management skills;
• Self-motivation and results-based approach with strong time management and project delivery skills.

 Job duties:

• Follow all auditing procedures as part of internal audits of the Company and its subsidiaries; and recording those;
• Make respective recommendations to address any findings;
• Discuss and have agreed all findings and recommendations with the audited entity and with the head of the Internal Audit Team or his/her deputy;
• Arrange and supervise the work of audit team during an audit of an audited entity;
• Translate documents from and to Kazakh/Russian/English;
• Assist in issuing audit reports.
